Part 1 of this film was intended to engage others for
help. Part 2 is the story of that engagement. Filmmaking is an art form and what I have discovered is that the creation of a prosthetic is also very much an art form. Perhaps it is the most intimate of all the art forms. To create a body part for another human being is miraculous. One that's not only functional but often very realistic. It's hard to imagine losing a limb - restoring such a loss is intimate and highly emotional.
I've attached a storyboard, it's the plan and vision for Part 2 of the Risper film. This story will be intimate and highly emotional. Not just because of the restoration miracle, but because there are people in the world who truly care. |
